Hi, Doris! Try your local Chamber of Commerce, and ask them where you can drum up business. Post flyers in laundromats, set up business cards in beauty salons, restaurants, children's stores, anywhere where there are moms with small children-advertise! But, ask the managers if you can put flyers/business cards on the premises, first. If you have a Facebook page, put the word out that you are looking for customers. Also, on Facebook, you can make your own page for your business (free), and on your personal page, direct people to your business page. Also, go to www.linkedin.com, and post there for your business. Hope this helps!

Advertise at Farmers Markets

Doris have you tried having a recruitment day where you and you're staff go into the community and personally introduce yourself and your business? Also building partnerships with the local Boards helps! I've worked for Head Start for a period of fifteen years and trust me, it works. A facebook page also is a great place to advertise and believe it or not, school boards and parent meetings at the local schools.

How about a small advertisement in your local paper?

Hi Doris, You should check out care.com to post about your daycare business. I would also recommend handing out or posting flyers for your business at local libraries, schools, and churches. Good luck!
Ho to Dr offices for pediatrics and post also post flyers at the unemployment office if allowed plus libraries
