How would you champion this project deadline scenario?

You’re working on a project with a tight deadline but you find that you’re unable to complete your section because your coworkers and your supervisor are unavailable to answer key questions.

All you have to do is inform the individual that is over your supervisor. Making project deadline is very important especially to the project owner. So do not sit and wait for your boss you might have to take additional steps If necessary to ensure your section gets done . In the end it would also look bad on you if your project section is not completed.

I would contact each co-worker and supervisor individually explaining my need for them to complete their part of this project by (date). I would also explain that I understand the many demands on each person's time however, we must meet this deadline and if I can offer any assistance, please let me know.

I would contact each co-worker and supervisor individually to let them know I need their response by (an assigned date). This would be done in a friendly manner as we are all aware we have so much on our individual plates.

Meet with the team for 1 hour and do a high level review of what is needed for the project to succeed. Brainstorm on solutions to the unanswered questions and rank each based on critical need to the project. Delegate getting answers to key individuals with a 24 hour turn around making certain there is understanding to see you with any and all legitimate questions. Send invite to all involved for next day results meeting to return to the table with answers and a list of possible solution discussion points. Review the results, assign process owners, set timelines for completion within the deadline allowing for time to complete a report out of the results for presentation to leadership.

I would ask all persons who are on the project to gather together for a meeting. Brain storm the questions that need answers and using the information of the Brain Storming efforts to complete the project. Providing their input and giving them the appropriate credit for their contribution. If possible allow all involved in the project to review the "final" Draft before you submit so they can see their contributions effect and provide them a chance to amend before the administrators review.

Firstly, I would document the date and time for attempted contact with coworkers and supervisor and the question or information or data needed. Secondly, I would have inform all necessary parties with the need for answers or solution at hand. Thirdly, I would seek advise from credible subject expert matters whom are knowledgeable with a solution or an answer so that I could complete the assignment and make the deadline. Lastly, I would attempt to complete as must as possible and document my short comings as necessary. This was truly a real world experience for me. I have the tee-shirt, coffee cup, award, and reprimand in various scenarios as this question challenged.

Gather all the facts, charts ,graphs etc ask fellow employees to email their notes comcerns, questions.Reasearch google or any where for further info on your project
While you await their info for their part.Put a rough draft together save on hard drive or memory card. Then ask them what kind of out come do they expect from this project if they fail to participate. Present your project & then maybe that will motivate them seeing you can do it with or without them and that maybe you should be in a higher position to make that change for the next person.

Look up different things about the question you have go with what you think the best top 3 are and ask your boss the next day if they are what he or she is looking for or if they have a different way they want you to do it. If they still don't pick up, go with your best judgment. Than explian later what you did and why. See if there was another approach you could have done.
