Resources are important! If you don't have a job you wont be bale to sustain yourself unless you have help. If your moving down south or staying where you are you need to start looking for a job ASAP. Logistics position are usually easily found through staffing agency so start there. Wish you all the luck.

The cost of living in long beach is fairly high. That being said, their are more job opportunities than alabama. Consider working for a big box company like costco, they pay decent entry level and have good benefits. Then you can go to school at the same time. Because of the cost of living. There are plenty of people looking to rent out a room. Another great option is to join the military. They have good pay for your age and will pay for school. Even if you joined the reserves so you don't have to deploy anywhere, it will give you a huge advantage in the workforce when you do your 2 to 4 years. Tbh, you might love it and want to stay in.

First, you need to learn how to write. If this post is any indication, you need to return to some kind of school to improve your communication skills or your earning potential will never improve. My advice is that you return to Alabama or wherever vocation school is available. Learn how to do something in a place with lower living costs, then think about where you want to live. Meanwhile, refrain from sharing your lack of writing skills with the rest of the world.

Learn welding. You won't regret learning a trade even if you end up doing something else.
