The biggest and best step you can take is..become your own boss! Think about light landscaping and home cleaning. Check your state's license requirements (it's usually under $100 a year). Check out the cost of inexpensive business cards. Contact as many Real Estate offices as possible, offering to clean up a property to get it ready to put on the market to sell. You get it going and soon you'll be able to hire someone to help. Then, someone else. Then you'll laugh when you realize you hired You first! And you'll have the Best boss ever!
