I am the Hiring Director for a mid-sized Private Security company in suburban Philadelphia. For those who are not aware, the Private Security industry has a VERY high turn-over rate. It's becoming tougher and tougher to obtain and retain quality employees (everyone wants a job - but no one wants to work). Any other similar hiring directors out there with some advice to share?
