How do you expect to get a job if you don't have a drivers license, especially if the job requires you to have transportation. I agree with one of the writers stating what planet are you on? I'm 63 years old and I'm not having trouble getting a job due to my age. I just recently had a back surgery so I will start job seeking again once I heal up. Also, I do not now what writer wrote because of our age the employer will pay more for our insurance. NOT true, they pay the same rate for all their employees no matter what their age is. I was a school teacher for years and I paid the same amount for insurance as a young just graduating out of college teacher did.

I don't think it's a requirement to have a drivers license to get a job. You definitely need transportation, but you don't necessarily need to drive. As long as she has a way to get there, i think that's all that matters.
