Just be yourself! Answer questions as completely and precisely as you can. I never heard of a pre-interview before either, but then, I haven’t worked for over 23yrs., so before you accept a job, be sure it’s something you want to do.

From what I remember, there is no such thing as a “ pre-interview”.

Research and learn the companies culture. Learn how they treat their people and how they want you to be in front of their customers. Learn the buzz words that the company uses. Where did they come from. Where are they headed. How do they want you to help get them there. Do your homework. You’ll do well! Good luck. Let us all know how you make out.

Be honest and don't brag or put on the Ritz. When they ask about weakness or things you may struggle with, keep it simple, so you don't scare them off. Smile and be genuine with it. Don't smile like you are weird. Just be pleasant. Have questions people love when you have smart questions. It makes them feel you took the time to research their company or services they provide. Dress simple and classy. Over the top dressing for interviews is so outdated now. But classy is timeless. And good luck!!!

Good luck! I feel your pain. I have an interview using Zoom tomorrow with five members of a search team. Never did a live interview on my computer! Great job though. Hope my two rescue cats cooperate and stay out.
