I overcame a stressful time at work when
I was the only server on the floor, and the late lunch rush happened. I had the whole dining room, and the bartender had her whole bar completely full both of us in our sections. During that time, I realized not to lose focus and don't panic. And I got through that Rush without one guest complaint. I had 12 or 13 Tables by myself. And they weren't small tables either, there were a couple of two tops, mainly Four Tops and 5 tops and a few 6

Way to go, but they should have other servers available for those rush times.

My opinion is that if you have any type of stress at your other then harassment and conflicts job its because you care about it and its not just about the pay check if you didnt care you would not have learned how to do it right, time efficient, and with out walking out

866 too many people job there

KUDOS from all of us that sit down at those tables and get served . I hope your tips were excellent

So awesome! Keep it up! Don't forget this during your promotion interview.

Thomas, you have to add that accomplishment to your resume my friend. I mean, go do it Right Now! Excellent, excellent job. I did a short stint as a banquet server back in my college day's and I remember how challenging it was to maintain oder between the patrons and the kitchen. Orders not only had to be right but also go out on time in order to avoid chaos in the kitchen.
You and the Bartender really kept your cool and made that a successful night for both patrons and managers. Have you Praised each other yet?
Future employer's will be impressed by this accomplishment when they see it on your resume and want to hear about this experience during the interview. These are just a few traits and skills that come to mind... Problem-Resolution Customer Service Teamwork (you and the bartender really held down the fort) Ownership Pro-Activity Customer Service Peer Support

True but that's not always at hand
