Yes UP sadly does! It's called second chance and the reason why ,they can't hire anybody now quality wise and they all end up laid off and fired pretty fast after hire. Go find a real job.

Amtrak does, if you're interested in working for them. I believe it depends on far back your felony is. 10 years or more and it's okay.
