Can We Try Not to be Racist Please

This is not meant to be virtue signaling, I promise. But...

I know that the internet affords a certain modicum of anonymity, meaning, you can say pretty much whatever you want without fear of an actual reprisal. The worst that can happen is someone posts a counter argument or the thread devolves into personal attacks.

I don't understand the mentality of some of our fellow Jobcasers who feel that they have to turn every post into an attack against people of different ethnicity, religions, and race.

Not only is it in poor taste, it also violates the terms of use:

"Don'ts. You agree that you will not: Act in an unlawful, libelous, abusive, obscene, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable manner"

You don't have to love everyone, but you should be able to function as an adult and keep your unsavory opinions to yourself.

Can we try not to be racists please?

Completely agree. Not only in the spirit of decency, but to put your own best foot forward you should probably watch what you post on here. Sure, this is an online forum, but there are employers on here that might see this stuff. If it's not something you'd say around the water cooler at work, it's probably not something you should say on here.
