I had a family member get upset with me because she felt her mom was not get the correct care she needed. I assured the family member that her mother was and pointed out somethings that her mother had accomplished since being in our care. The family member became pleased after noticing the things i pointed out to her. I also went to my supervisor and explained the conversation i had with the family member. My supervisor also went to the family member just to assure them that we were taking very good care of her mother.
