I had one on one encounters with mostly the elderly and helped them feel better about themselves. They loved to talk about there families. I’ve made people smile n laugh before being told from others that they haven’t laughed or smiled in a long time. These people have it worse than I do and I can’t complain with my life but it feels great helping them instead. Makes me feel good about myself that I am helping others in need in more than just a Transportation way
