offered salary?
After many years job experiences and other jobs offered in low salary why? If no fault when the company laid off their employees for a reason. Then employee searching jobs with basically or similiar why can't get this offered and why have to start from bottom line that is not meet their living expenses?

Do you mean that when people are laid off, they can't seem to get the same salary when applying for new jobs?

The other situation that concerns me is companies bringing on new people, to do the same job and having the employee train them, only to find out they have been hired at a grade level (or more) above the person already in that position. I am not looking for an "answer", as I have worked for "Corporate America" for over 30 years. It's just a concern.
