With all due respect Nigel, if you want to work for a mega aerospace company like Boeing, you may want to tell them what YOU have to offer THEM vs your being interested solely because they're only 3 minutes from where you live.

But because they are only 3 minutes from your home, you could try dressing very nice, go to their main office/lobby entrance, and ask whomever is there about job opportunities.
