starting an organisation(need advise)
i am planning on starting an organisation for young girls where i will be helping them to become young independant ladies this organisation will help them embrace their dreams and chase the impossible.i want to know how do i get the girls to listen because most of them are already teenage mothers and have given up on dreaming and i want to bring that back.im only 19 and the group will be for girls between the ages of 13-18 i mean so of them wont respect me nor listen to me how do i draw the line there

Not many young ladies think like you are :) I'm a fitness coach, currently working on my yoga instructor certification and I'm working on a project very similar to reach women who would like to make a change in their life and learn to make the most out of their skills. To start an organization like that you may need to have an older female involved to help mentor you as well. Patience is needed with young females and they are hard to steer with all of the negative influences outside of your cause. Someone in their 30-40 will help tremendously for you and them, even though you know you are an adult, you are too close to their age for them collectively to respect you. The elder will give you the respect and they will see you in a different light. I hope this helps.

My name is Brandon and I just for some weird reason last night about 2:00am eastern time set this up so please bare with me I don't know why I sett this up when I really don't need a job. I work for a traveling carpentry finish company and we just finished for the year so I had to find something to hold me till next January but anyways I had gotten 3 job offers before I set this up.I am not saying that to brag by no means. No I think it was to hear your story and your cry for help.I can give u all the information in the world about your program but coming from experience of both sides myself I fill that this ministry you are starting is my calling on my life but for men only I have done a lot of studying on all this but what I am getting after is u are right where GOD wants u and HE will send u the helper perfect for the program. But don't try and be someone your not thinking it my open a door with the girls.
