Discrimination against because of mental disabilities

I’m a 47 year old black woman, who was diagnosed with manic depression,PTSD,bipolar depression, anxiety all at the age of 45. I had worked for Circuit Court before without problems with my conditions but this last time (can only work part time and positions i’ve held were only temporary) I had an episode that left me upset and crying at my desk so I confided in my supervisor and told her about my condition and when the position ended she told me about the grant money for the position I held wouldn’t be available until sometime in February,so I reapplied for same position and was not hired so I applied for a different position with Circuit Court and was not given a call after me calling HR to give reasons why I was not hired back.

Cashier at Costco

Sorry to hear this. As a rule I NEVER would tell my supervisor anything about my health unless I trusted them not to use it against me. I would keep looking for work and make sure to reach out to your doctor's during this time. Don't give up.
