I've been trying to just get a phone call from Kelly Services for over a year now and I'm still looking for work. I know it's not a matter of education because I have a BS degree. Could it be my age?
I think the new way of getting around asking how old you are is asking when you graduated from high school, which makes no sense if you have a 4 year university degree. Could someone explain that to me???

Have you called them at all to follow up on possible jobs? That might help you find something. And you are actually not required to give out graduation info. They can only ask whether or not your graduated, but not when.
