I know alot of people are to the point on giving up a job search and feel its pointless to keep trying ..Ive given up before many times but trust and believe everyone who is successful has had alot of bad days before there success. I have a felony on my record the only jobs i have been able to really get with out question is fast food ..im now saving up and investing my time and money into opening up my own restaurant no matter how many jobs turned me down in my past it only made me want to be my own boss and give people like myself a second chance at getting a job no matter the background...

Hello guys, I've been a cashier for about 2 years now and i would like to get something better but it's been hard lately. I went to a couple interviews and i did not get the jobs, any suggestion ?

I understand and I found jobs for the jobless at Urban League of Detroit. If you on Facebook, type in Employment Opportunities in Michigan and you can ask people on FB what kind of job and your location

I love your post and I wanted to tell you this bit of information. When we've hired people before, a criminal record wasn't a problem if it wasn't job related. Also, even if it was a bit "sketchy", if there was somebody on the hiring committee who would vouch for the prospective employee, they were hired. Just wanted to let you know that common sense and a belief in people's future and not their past is still valued.

Ur greatest asset is believing in urself.never give up on a good thing

Not sure if job for me to see what you have care worker children in a good idea for me is a great day at

Everyone desetves a second chance".

I totally understand even with many skills for jobs that should not even concern themselves with criminal history unless violent crimes are impossible to get a job with.warehouses, factories etc...so I'm just saying you go girl.I wish you much prosperity.

Are you replying to my email, or job application?
anyone who has a felony should check out their local unemployment office to see if they have any programs for helping this who have a prison record get a job plus goggle " companies who will hire those with a felony " .
