Should I customize a separate resume for every job application? All the jobs I’m applying to are for the same or similar positions and industry so I didn’t think having more than one resume would make a difference as long as my current one had all the necessary qualifications and experience on it. I’m sending out a ton of applications everyday but not getting any interviews which leads me to think that I’m doing something SERIOUSLY wrong. Anyone else have better luck using different resumes?
