Workplace harassment
I was recently let go because I was told that I could no longer use my personal time to deal with my medical conditions. I was approved for FMLA and the harassment got worse. I was targeted, belittled, and setup for failure every day. One hell of a way for a company to treat a disabled veteran.
Wow Chris Cutlip - I am sorry to hear that. That really sucks. I have no clue why they said that you can't use your personal time to deal with your medical conditions.. it's personal time, its yours to use however you wish!
There is a bright side here - you no longer have to work for such a terrible company. Have you started your job search again?
