Take a driver's ed course or learned from someone you trust that can show you first how to drive a vehicle. Be confident and always know aware of your surroundings while driving. Never let your emotions get the best out of you and don't be afraid because everyone does it on their first time driving. Never ever drink and drive and pay attention while driving and don't texting while driving, maintain focus and definitely don't get mad while driving it could cause accidents. That's how to accomplish driving and safely going home to your loved ones.

Personally, I dont understand your question. I'm not sure what you mean by 'need to be complete as a driver'. I've been a commercial driver for 23 years and I have both been a road trainer and CDL instructor, and I have NEVER been asked that.
