Stupid, inane interview questions
Who the hell thinks up interview questions anyway? One in particular really grinds my gears whenever I have heard it in an interview.... "What is your 5 year plan?" Really? This is a question you want to ask an applicant during an interview? What the hell does it mean? What the hell business is it of any employer what your 5 year plan is? Suffice it so say that while you are at work, you will give them an honest day's work for an honest day's pay...no matter how many years you are there. What I would like to say in an interview to that stupid question would be... "My 5 year plan is to win the lottery and that way, I would never have to work again...and that would ensure that I never had to interview again...and that would ensure that I would never, ever be asked that inane question ever again."

They're just trying to get to know you. And some of them are trying to see whether or not you're going to stick around
I believe that a lot of questions that are asked by a possible employer are inane but we do need to remember that they are looking for good and honest PEOPLE to work for them. Go with the flow and all will be FINE!
