What I loved working at #AloricaCallCenter
There is a lot of opportunity if you take the position seriously!

Those people who invested in these companies that closed also lost a lot of money every time they shut down. Clients contract with call centers that produce.
Those who go into work and do what they are required to do, will more than likely stay, as they wont be aware that anythings wrong. As others leave (for whatever reason) the ones who stay get promoted. Typical call center environment.
Each level in a call center MUST be "Best In Class" each and every time. That will hopefully keep the center functioning for years to come.

Yes I used to loved working at Alorica -Sunrise,FL location . I worked in the back office for one of their major clients that they lost. Our site closed Nov 29,2019 over 200 jobs gone. I was one of them that lost my job. They also shut down the Tampa,Fl location too. Over 500 jobs lost. Moving their entire crew to the Philippines to pay less dollars to the US workers. I hope your position that you have last a long time. If you hear rumors that your site is going to closed my advise is to start looking for a new job.
Yes! I was a back office agent, a mentor, and an exchanges and refunds agent... I am a fulltime student as well, so as of now, I am not working due to a heavy courseload, but I would go back if need be... I had to weigh my options so the internship is a good opportunity to get experience while attending school...
