Since this great Louisiana flood, I've lost everything. . . Our home was under 7ft of water, both my truck and wife's SUV were destroyed. And to top it all off, I was laid off from my job due to missing too many days. Sorry, but after we lost EVERYTHING, I was just trying to get my life back together. Stressed and depressed is an understatement. Want to give up so bad but can't let my family see me getting down so I have to hold it in till after they go to sleep. Any advice and help getting back on track would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I'm so sorry to hear that, Jeremy. I can't imagine what you must be going through. All I can really say is don't give up! I know things are hard, but pushing through is really important. Take a day off and do something fun to reset yourself. Then the day after that, head back in. Get your resume together and start applying to some jobs you're interested in. Make sure you follow up on those applications and try to get in front of as many people as possible. I wish you luck in everything and hope things turn around for you.
