I am looking for a position in hospitality. I have a server, assistant manager, General Manager & Ownership under my belt. I have taken restaurants in the "Red" and have made them Super Successful! How does this sound? I took a restaurant that has NEVER rated with the company (last place, not enough sales, food cost, budget, etc....) and put them in 1st Place within 8 months! That is what I am most successful at. I build teams, work together, show the servers how to make incredible money and at the same time the company is starting to show a positive income, food costs become better than normal, guest count increases, budget is on track and on.
