Hi Gita, That can depend on the company you apply for. The best way to help move things faster is to make follow up calls. Any time you submit an application, make sure to call the hiring manager 1-2 days later to make sure they received it. Then give them a call again 1 week later to see if you are being considered for the position or to set up a meeting. Good luck!
