Confused and so dissappointed
What do you think about this situation?, being terminated because my health comes before my job. Right or NAh? I was suspended for unknown reasons to me and wouldn't have known if I didn't have relatives as co-workers. I called my "Boss" got no answer, so I text and asked what was my schedule for the week in question and I was told I was off the whole week with no reason following. Okay I went with that, the following week I text for my schedule and I was told to come talk to the manager on that Tuesday mind you which was payday. I was asked to be there for 2:00p.m. okay but I had a dentist appointment that same day which took longer than I thought it was going to so I was done about 2:10 and I texted my manager and said sorry I'm a little late but my appointment took a little longer than I thought but I'm on my way. I got a text back saying that's okay I'm already gone, followed by if you were worried about having a job you would have been here at 2 like I told you to be. How professional is that? Mind you I was dedicated to these people I went in on my days off, stayed later when I was asked, but when I had something important in my life to take of it was a big problem, but the confusing part is I was "Off". Tell me what you think about that situation.

I've been fired from several jobs for reasons unknown. Unfortunately company's can do what they want. They care about you or how much you've worked. Use your skills and find another job. Best of luck

Sorry I'm in agreement with your employer, you should have been at your appt at 2pm. Unless it was an emergency. However if you present them with Doctors statements you should be able to keep your Job

If you are working at a "at will company" they don't have give you reason. However, because they did technically did not tell you were fired. I would go to HR with the proof you have and what the manager told you.
It seems like they were going to fire you no matter what you did. My job did 11 write-ups on me, each one failed until I was fired. So take your mind off that job & move on. When one door closes another one opens.
