You have great experience, so don't be too hard on yourself. You're getting interviews, so that's a good sign you're on the right track!

Job search burnout definitely happens, so give yourself a little break every now and then. If you end up spending too much time on your job search, you're not going to be as effective as you could be.

Try applying for two to three jobs per day. Slice out a chunk of time where you can follow up on past applications you've sent. Call or email the hiring manager and let them know how enthusiastic you are for the position.
