4th Interview with SAME company
I have had over 4 interviews with the same company. My last interview was a 8 panel interview with the HR team. Everyone asked me a question in the interview. It has been over two weeks since the interview and I still have not received a yes or no. I have spoken to the recruiter last week and she stated that they just finished all their interviews and will let me know something soon. Mind you I have been interviewing with this company for over a month. How long do I wait to contact them again? The recruiter stated that I had a really good interview and they did not have anything bad to say. I am so nervous, I really want to call but I do not want to be nuisance. What are your thoughts? What should I do?

Hi, Dione! I usually recommend that people follow a 7 day pattern of getting in touch. In other words, right after your interview send a thank you note to your interviewer. 7 days after that, get in touch regarding your candidacy. If they're undecided at that point, wait another 7 days before checking in again. It certainly sounds like you've gone through quite a lengthy process with this company, and with so many people involved in the hiring process, a decision may be pending for quite a while. I would encourage you to stay optimistic, but don't slow down on your job search. Keep applying and interviewing at other places. You can do this!
