Don't give up because if they keep contacting you it means that they are interested in hiring you. Good Luck!

Hey Lou, I totally understand your confusion because I've been going through similar experiences with multiple companies I've been applying too within the last 6 months. In fact, just to give you an example, I just received an email response from Home Depot today for a job I applied for back in Jan/2016. What I've learned from talking to different HR reps and reading other member comments on this site is that companies often alter or delay hiring qualified applicants for various reasons including budget changes, jobs offered to internal employees, manager or department inability to interview and train a new hire, etc. These are some of the incontrollable factors causing a delay in your process. Try to find patience and continue providing the required information if your still interested in pursing the job opportunity. Eventually you will be contacted directly from a Human Resources or Dept. Manager via email or phone with the next steps and you will be on your way. UPS is a great company with excellent benefits so hang in there and keep jumping through the hoops because it's worth it. Good Luck!!
