I understand being irritated, when it comes to dealing with customer service emplyees & their rude manner and hateful tones . However, i think its always best to use the method of seeing things from tha other persons perspective . In my opinion, I think that if i worked front counter & was responsible for the whole building, that i may too, be a bit grumpy at times. Just do your best to always bare with the clerk, because you never know whats happening behind closed doors or what stress theyre under .
