DESPERATE
I'm down to my last 10 dollars. Got laid off in May. Unemployment hasn't compensated me. No one will hire me because of my age. Can't fully retire for another year. I have to move out of where I am by October. I just keep praying for a miracle. I'm determined to believe that God is going to make this situation better. Does anyone know of any jobs where I don't have to be on my feet all day? I've been an administrative assistant my whole life. I can type 70 wpm, and know Microsoft office.

Try Randstad. They are a very large temporary employment agency. They have many tech jobs. Also, check craigslist where you are. Also, just search on Google for "Temp Agencies".

I am not sure where you are located, but you can always see if they have temp jobs. Most times they have clerical work in them where you are not on your feet.

I would check out grants,.gov. deciding just what you will do is one of the biggest decisions. there are many options available to anyone wanting to work from home, there are many success stories of people starting out on a shoestring budget and making great amounts of money working from home. Money is always a major consideration but many home business can be started with a very small amount of cash and there are ways to generate capital even when one has no collateral for a bank loan.
Depending on location there are alot of in home aid jobs, which you do not need to be on your feet all day. It's mostly cleaning and taking care of household things for the client that your working for. The pay is anywhere for 10- 16$ an hour depending on client..... I would look into it if I was you..
