Hi Dianna Rich - I'm sorry to hear that!! If you've been there two years, then you are clearly an integral part of their team and are able to add tons of value to their cosmetic sales department.

Have you approached your manager about a pay raise/commission bonus? Sometimes all you need to do is ask and demonstrate how helpful you have been to their team. You know your value, and your manager probably does too. If not, you can always take the experience you gained at Walgreens and find something that will pay you more with a commission!
