I went through this employer took time to determine if should get un employment benifits or not, after two weeks the employer agreed on me taking un employment benifits and that was august 11 2017,then i filed against the emplyer sexual discrimination ,where the employer have 30 days to reconsider and appeal on revoking my un employment,the thing is the employer already took two weeks and i already got 3 payments ,the only reason the employer reconsider and appeal to remove and revoke my un employment benifits is becuase i filled sexual discrimination saying as an evidence the employer director and manager sent me an email with a virus named after my name did you fuck sana" where thats the minimum thing i tell you guys but the employer claims that it was becuase of performance not sexual discrimniation,and its like they rude enough to ask for revoking my un employemnt benifets ,but the thing that raised an issue the employer have 30 days to file ,but this employer took 32 days to file ,where they tell me the 30 day fall on saturday where the judge would give them till monday,but the bussiness is big ,HR should looked at their calendar before they fall into such a mess,so guys fluent give me an argument about the 30 and 32 days for me to keep my un employment beifits ,the thing i want my job,but yet they denied everything,the email exist though that says "the virus named after me did you fuck sana" it was daily hore and bitch calling while i kept trying to work and yet they fired me so help me with 30 days to revoke the un employment where the employer filed in 32 days 9/11/2017
