I have been wanting to work with United Healthcare as a Customer Service Rep, but fear being denied because I have not worked in HealthCare or Insurance before. Is this a requirement? This would be an amazing Career opportunity for me and is on my list of Dream Jobs

That's wonderful Rachel! If you have experience in customer service then I think you should be fine. As long as, you are able to show your ability to adapt and learn new skills. Also, showcase your skills and how the correlate to the health care professions.
