Fired...
Jennifer- I am not an attorney, nor do I have access to the organization's policy and procedure manual, but I'm quite sure that a non-employee is not supposed to be in an employee only area, whether they were a previously supervisor or not. If she was still employed by the airline, you may have a case, but again, it would depend on her current security clearance and what areas she is still allowed to access now, not before. Once an employee is terminated, voluntarily leaves, etc., their access is usually limited to only retrieving their personal items. They should have no access to restricted areas, files or computer information.
