laborer union traffic control supervisor /cashier/retail

Looking for work around parkersburg wv area.I'm in the local laborers union don't wanna be laid off half the year anymore.I have a lot of certifications in a wide range from traffic control supervisor Flagger,AED,First aid,CPR,Blood pathogen..Retail assistant manager and goes on.want to stay closer to home and not really travel all summer and have a steady job threw out the year.
