Can you guys help me get a job as entry level programmer in python?
I am trying to pivot towards programming or developer using Python. I have taken a Microsoft certification in Python. This certification is for introduction to programming using python although I learned OOP concepts as well. I have some programming experience in programming with Java but this was a long time ago. The reason I did not keep developing is that I was very comfortable at this company and they did not want a Java developer at the time plus as a System Analyst I would write code based on projects or needs. Now, I am looking to change careers and I am finding out it is not easy. I am also learning Django to get into web development. Please if you know of any company that is looking for a candidate like me. Thanks.
Hey Victor Espinoza - that is a lot of great experience. I think the important thing is iterating that to hiring managers - that you're looking for entry level roles to learn more and build onto that experience.
