How do i get jobs for Registered/Certified Medical Assistant with only 3 months experience?
I got my certification in 2016 and only worked for one company with my license and I've been trying to get more jobs to get more experience or to at least stay there and show my commitment to the field I chose and love. But everyone wants somebody with at least 1-3 years of experience. What can I do to show I'm a good worker and I'm willing to learn and grow with a company with my license and also to show them I'm also willing to go to school and learn more to better myself and the company if needed?

If you didn't leave on bad terms with the company that you previously work for, I would suggest to apply to the company and even try to speak to the department manager of any positions available. You can also, apply to temp agency the specialize in the medical field to get you 9 months experience in the meantime.
Ask your school if they also offer job placement or do they know of any jib recruiters. Indeed.com, zip recruiter.com, . maybe u should volunteer to gain experience?
