Recently I had a job interview, I met the interviewer who barely made eye contact with me, barely asked questions and it just seemed that they didn't even want me. So why bring me in? This is a big company. I'm no fan of being a number but this is the same thing the past 2 years. I have the qualifications but they see me and then I'm almost immediately dismissed as a candidate for the job. .I'm not thin or blonde but I've been recognized for being a damn hard worker in almost every job I've had so what gives? Is it just the sign of the times or because I have some miles on me. Any suggestions.
