Resumes and Interviews can =Success
When creating your resume, you should always take words from the position you are applying for and add them in your your summary and your work history...Talant acquisition and recruiters spend an average of 7 seconds looking over a resume..Some systems feed off this information thus sometimes won't catch it in which your resume may not be chosen..Myuggestion to you is to contact your local SHRM( Society of Human Resource Management)...This organization consists of hiring managers who work together looking for camdidates...They have a workforce readiness area where you can upload your resume for free and they will follow up by helping you create a more functional resume at no costs...Another is your local Urban League, any Non Profits and Unemployment Office where, these organizations build relationships/ Partner with employers and will provide a reference on your behalf... Walmart has raised their minimal Wage to( I think ) $15 hrly...It's a start...Be faithful over a few or less and God will make you ruler over many or more!
Google resource and job fairs in your area code, attend with your (more than one) functional resume, in your suite and tie providing the best representation of yourself....
Good Luck,
