BA in Economics and lost! What to do?
I have been looking for work since September. Probably has sent more than 1000 aplications. I try everything data analysis marketing analyst financial analyst nothing seems to work. You have exellent education but no experience how to get experience when no one wants to hire me ?
Evgeni, it's tough getting started, know you are not the only one. Millenials are taking a hit out there, but it will break. My son has 2 BAs and graduated law school in 2016. While he has found employment, he's still not working in his field yet, and working for below market value. But believe me, it does break, and you will ultimately get the ideal opportunity. In the interim, keep your confidence, be open to lesser opportunities, and just keep pushing on. Good luck!
Evgeni, I would just explain to the interviewer that I am willing to accept a job that I may be over qualified for, just to attain the needed experience. Someone is going to get a great deal for a few years, and some company will work with you. Good Luck...
