Looking for job

I'm a single mother. Staying with my parents and siblings. My son's father walked out on us. I've been trying to support my child by applying to multiple jobs that are hiring. Most of them require a college degree. I'm looking for jobs in my zip code area (77009). The help would be very great full for any help. Skills: Quick learner Hard working

Sorry to hear that he walked out on you guys. Have you tried getting child support or any kind of government assistance ?. I know it's tough out there for everyone looking & that's why coming here helps because we all share things alike & can maybe help each other out. You could try Walmart right now i know alot of them are hiring for The Holidays. Also try a Temp Agency sometimes they're helpful too. I hope you can find something soon. Good Luck :)

There's a company called BroadPath. They're sort of a temp agency for insurance companies but they're work at home customer service positions. I'm a single mom too and working at home is a life savor. Pay is extremely decent however you do have to supply your own medical/dental benefits. Which as a single mom Obama Care should be pretty easy to get. It is legitimate work at home with w4 not commission. Plus you don't have to worry about the equipment! They send you a laptop mouse additional monitor and provide training. They are located in Arizona but employ all over. I'm in California working remotely. Best part is when my son is home sick from school I don't have to miss work.

I just looked on Indeed jobs in your zip code. Looks like you have a lot of retailers in your zip code that are hiring for sales associates/cashiers. Ross. Dollar tree. Macy's. They don't require too much experience other than a positive attitude towards customers.

Ashley, get in touch with Snap or other assistance programs of your State. They will help you find a job, food, etc. They will not let a child go without!
