If you're working at Krogers now, you'll have to talk to your manager first. Explain to him you would like a transfer to the other store and you're giving him the heads up.

Then you call the store you want to go to. Ask for their hiring manager and explain you're from another store. If there's a position the manager will discuss things with your current manager and figure out if you can be moved or not. I'm not sure if this is in all the Krogers, but the one I tried moving into ran out of positions even though it says they were still hiring, Good luck!
