Prestigious Organization, Management
The company is Elite, and the name is what attracted me to apply online. As I approached the building I could hear a loud noise coming from the entryway of the atrium complex. As I opened the business door the wave of techno music was playing at the tone level of five, which threw me into an emotion of utter disgust because this is not a music company, it is a promotional venture organization. This was at 10:30 am, as the customer service representative would not turn the volume down. The President of the company casually arrives at 10:45 am, "late," she stomps the floor in haste, and didn't review my resume before the interview. By this time I was not interested in what they had to offer me because their work ethic is defined as careless behavior. The President says, "they are looking for someone to take the bull by the horns and make money, while she is gone most of the time." I checked online and found that the company only profits $420,000 per year since 1988 and looking on Facebook, the President's main business is a "real estate agent," what? I was first astonished by the loud music, blood red paint with black lines on the walls to welcome a new clientele venture, flashing box lights, "cheap," and then the abrupt attitude of the President, which she cut my communication off at the end of the interview, although I showed in my body language, and attitude that I really wanted to just get out of there ASAP. Therefore, I found at least five corrective measures to attract clients, and re-vamping their organization is not what I want to do, or be a part of an organization that will not change to catapult the profits. The ad has been online for quite some time, as they are looking for someone to save their declining revenue. Finally, the interview commences with me saying, Good Luck To You." Note: there is many organizations, which project a prestigious behavior, but fail to deliver. In addition, if you have trouble getting to an interview, and experience this circumstance, it might have well been the higher power trying to stop me from wasting my precious time. Advise: Please research the company first and then apply for the career/job of your preference, Cheers.
