The problem with jobs.

I think I know what has happened. Two to Three years ago, maybe months, a ton of companies closed down and moved to locations like Mexico or China where taxes are lower. That prompted many younger people who otherwise would not have had jobs to go after "easy entry" positions. In addition, requirements were lowered for them. For instance, if you are a Flood adjuster, you can suddenly get certified on the spot. This is not fair to those of us who have been in the industry for years and "paid their dues", but no.one cares about that. I am certified for Flood, have 2 licenses in N.Y. and 18 state adjuster's licenses and yet cannot get and keep a job. I have been to FL twice this year. I just got back from the Louisiana Floods and was dismissed because someone arbitrarily felt the job as too "rough". Claims has always been rough. I have 32 years experience. Is anyone out there willing to hire an experienced Claims Adjuster who all ready has all the licenses and certifications needed, authorized to work in the US?
