Are you for real? MY name is also Genise, spelled the same way!!!!

If your passion matches your occupation then that is a plus, but isn’t at all necessary for a successful career. Adults, unlike children, do what they have to do, so that later on they can do what they want to do. Adults are able to delay their desire for gratification. Adults get their satisfaction from accomplishing a goal, though achieving that goal may benefit another more than themselves. The goal for an adult is to work and add to the society in which they live. The goal for children is self-gratification. If your passion happens to be the job your doing, then you are doubly blessed. Do whatever you must now, to meet your obligations to society and to your family, then you will be able to do those things that bring you pleasure after a while. That’s called motivation!

Only if u get paid enough for what u r in to doing, if you get paid low after a while u wil b burnt out

Passion = no money as people will do those jobs for little $$$$. You must do what many can't or wont to make a average living now of days.

So this is a loaded question. If you're depending on employees to bring their own passion to their job environment and management isn't that great ... etc.. it isn't going to work. It's going to be frustrating and stressful. Passion can only get you so far if management and supervisors don't have their..... together. If they don't encourage it, they aren't organized and/or you're dealing with that one co worker whose a Karen you can only imagine how much stress this is going to make the office. If you're talking in general it makes all the difference.
Yes, otherwise they will be no happiness from the success of the work.
