Hello Angelita, I think omitting items (1) Customize your resume by using words pulled from the job description and (2) Customize to the job you are applying for is what keep experienced applicants from being selected for an interview. The first phase of the online application process is 100% automated. Applications/Resumes that do not mirror the job description unfortunately fail the test every time.
