Looks like there are quite a few open positions for Chemistry (and some physics) teachers in the greater Boston area (Concord, Cambridge, Newton and a few others). Hey Denise A , this is an Awesome employment awareness announcement. There seems to be a high demand for Teachers on a nationwide level. Curious... what's the probability and/or employment opportunity forecast for Teachers seeking out of state opportunities?
Does the education community place any relevant attention or priority recruiting incentives for out of state educators? If yes, then what, in your opinion, are the best positioning strategies for Teachers who are exploring out of state job options.
This seems to be a common pain point for Educators who have limited to no career options within their area. Any advice or suggestions you can offer based on your experience is greatly appreciated. Thank you :-)
