Re: Gaining Hands On Experience
I have a Master's in Human Resources with a specialization in Organizational Design & Development. I reside in Charlotte, NC and interested in gaining some hands on experience with the data bases that are used to recruit in today's Human Resources field. I am willing to volunteer to gain this knowledge and would be most grateful for the opportunity.

Hi Marian, Every company has their own preferences when it comes to software/technology they use. I would suggest getting very comfortable with Excel and then you can look into different types of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools. Again, there are a lot of them out there, but I know some people use Salesforce, Bullhorn, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics and there are many others. In my opinion, once you learn one, you can easily pickup any others. I hope this helps! -Mark
